Job Description
Operations Lead oversees store processes, supports an active selling culture, and ensures company standards are maintained to drive sales. The Operations Lead performs store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, coordinates with the Operations Manager, and participates in Task Management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior
