This Team Member position supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes at a Home Décor retailer. The role ensures smooth sales operations, excellent customer service, and maintains a positive team environment through accurate execution of company policies and procedures. It involves tasks like cashiering, stocking, housekeeping, and customer service.
