Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes within a home décor retailer. The role focuses on maintaining a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate transaction processing, store merchandising, and compliance with company standards. The team member is responsible for a variety of tasks including cashiering, freight management, store recovery, and customer interaction.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
