Job Description
The Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a leading Home Décor retailer. The role focuses on maintaining a positive store environment, providing excellent customer service, efficient execution of company directives, and ensuring adherence to company standards. It is designed to drive sales and maintain an active selling culture.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
