Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role within a leading Home Décor retailer supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring accurate execution of company standards and a positive sales culture. Responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, freight unloading/processing, store recovery/conditioning, and customer service. The company aims to become the leading Home Décor retailer.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
