Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role is a key part of the company's vision to become the leading Home Décor retailer. It supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, aiming to maintain a positive sales culture and customer experience. The role involves cashier duties, freight processing, customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
