Job Description
This part-time Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a leading Home Décor retailer. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate transactions and efficient stock management. The TM is expected to contribute to a customer-focused environment and operate effectively and profitably.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Effective communication skills (verbal and comprehension)
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50lbs or team lift 100lbs
- Reliability and trustworthiness
