Job Description
This Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a Home Décor retailer. The TM assists with cashier, customer service, shipping, inventory management, and store maintenance. The company aims to be the leading home décor retailer and offers excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
