Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role within the Home Décor retail company aims to support all operations, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, driving sales and maintaining a positive sales culture. The role involves providing excellent customer service, completing store tasks, and ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
