Job Description
This part-time Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, maintaining a positive attitude and customer service while driving sales for a leading Home Décor retailer. Responsibilities include cashier/front-end duties, unloading/stocking, store recovery, and ensuring store cleanliness.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong verbal and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
