Job Description
This part-time Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to support an active selling culture and ensure consistent company standards. Responsibilities include customer service, accurate transactions, efficient processes, and store upkeep. The goal is to drive sales and provide an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
