Job Description
The Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to drive sales and maintain a customer-focused environment within a retail home decor company. Responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, freight unloads, store condition, customer service, and inventory control.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and some holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
