Job Description
The Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a leading home décor retailer, helping to maintain a high-performing sales culture. Key responsibilities include customer service, accurate transactions, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. The role is flexible and collaborative within a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
