Job Description
This team member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes at a leading Home Décor retailer. The focus is on maintaining a positive sales culture, excellent customer service, and efficient operational execution. The role involves cashiering, front-end duties, and performing store duties like unpacking, stocking, cleaning, and recovery.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, team lift 100 lbs
