Job Description
This Team Member role is central to the company's vision of becoming the leading Home Décor retailer, focusing on affordability and customer satisfaction. The TM supports all operational processes, maintains a positive attitude, and contributes to a customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include cashiering, front-end duties, freight processing, store cleaning, and inventory control.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior
- Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
