Job Description
This part-time Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, contributing to a strong sales culture. The TM maintains a customer-focused environment, assists with cashier duties, processes freight, stocks products, performs duties, and maintains store cleanliness. Enthusiasm for vigorous lifting and handling is essential.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
