This part-time Team Member role supports all operational processes within a Home Décor retailer, focusing on maintaining a customer-focused environment and driving sales. Responsibilities include customer service, cashier/front-end duties, freight handling, merchandising, and store maintenance. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, team lift 100 lbs
