Job Description
This Part-time Team Member role is critical to supporting the company's growth as the leading Home Décor retailer. Responsibilities include maintaining a customer-focused environment, fulfilling customer needs and sales targets, performing essential store operations, and upholding company standards. The role supports all front-end, freight, merchandising, and front-end duties.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Reliable and trustworthy
