This Part-Time Team Member role supports all aspects of the business - front-end, freight, merchandising, and customer service - aiming to be the leading Home Décor retailer. The position focuses on maintaining a positive sales culture, accurate execution of policies, and ensuring efficient store operation through tasks like cashiering, stock management, and housekeeping.

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
