Job Description
This Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a Home Décor retailer, contributing to a customer-focused environment and driving sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and working independently/as part of a team. The company strives to become the leading Home Décor retailer.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays
