This team member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes within a Home Décor retailer, ensuring a positive selling culture. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cashier and freight handling. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, inventory control, and store safety.
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
