Job Description
This Part-Time Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to help keep the company's leading Home Décor retailer vision alive. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a sales-focused culture. The TM will contribute to a positive attitude and execute company directives accurately.
