Job Description
This part-time Team Member role is vital to the company's vision of becoming the leading home décor retailer. The TM supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, and ensures a strong, customer-focused selling culture through accurate execution of company standards and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, freight handling, store recovery, and inventory management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
