Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring sales through excellent customer service and a positive company culture. Key responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, freight unloading, inventory management, housekeeping, and contributing to a customer-focused environment. The company is focused on becoming the leading Home Décor retailer.
Requirements
