Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role is critical to the success of a Home Décor retailer, supporting all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to drive sales and maintain a positive, customer-focused culture. The position involves maintaining a positive attitude, executing store procedures accurately, and ensuring efficient operations. Team Member's responsibilities include customer service, efficient task completion, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Effective verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or a team lift of 100 lbs
