Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes within a Home Décor retailer, aiming to provide affordable home décor options. This position focuses on maintaining a positive sales culture and excellent customer service, with duties including cashiering, loading/unloading freight, store maintenance, and performing store recovery tasks.
