Job Description
This Team Member (TM) role is focused on supporting all aspects of retail operations, from front-end displays and customer service to freight handling and store maintenance. The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment and aims to help maintain a sales-driving, documented company standard culture. Responsibilities include cashier duties, warehouse tasks, and consistent high-quality performance within the store and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs (and team lift 100lbs)
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
- Flexible and creative problem-solving skills
