Job Description
This Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain a focused sales culture and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include cashiering, performing store duties like unloading and stocking, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
