Job Description
This Team Member role (TM.) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to achieve the company's vision of becoming a leading Home Décor retailer. The role focuses on maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service, efficient transaction completion, and ensuring store standards are followed. TM will also assist in front-end and freight duties.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
