Job Description
This Team Member role is central to supporting all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring a thriving selling culture and driving sales. The TM will perform cashier and front-end duties, manage loads, maintain store standards, and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to work independently and a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
