Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain an active selling culture and drive sales. The TM performs cashier and front-end duties, handles freight and merchandising, and maintains a positive and customer-focused environment. This position is key to supporting the company's vision of providing affordable home décor.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
