Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain a strong selling culture and drive sales. The role involves cashiering, front-end duties, freight unloads/processing, store maintenance, and contribution to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurate transaction processing, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
