Job Description
This Part-Time Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain a strong sales culture and support the company's goal of making homes affordable. The TM provides excellent customer service, accurately completes tasks, and contributes to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Flexibility including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
