Job Description
This Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a leading home décor retailer. The role focuses on maintaining a positive customer experience, efficient transactions, and contributing to a customer-focused sales culture. Tasks include cashier and front-end duties, freight unloads, store cleaning, and inventory management.
