Job Description
This part-time Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain a positive sales culture and ensure efficient store operation. The TM performs cashier and front-end duties, unloads freight, performs housekeeping, and participates in customer and inventory control efforts.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
