Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) position supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to drive sales and maintain a positive store culture. Responsibilities include cashier/front-end tasks, freight unloads and processing, store tasks, customer service, and safety compliance. The role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communication skills (verbal and comprehension)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs (team lift preferred)
