Job Description
This Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to drive sales and maintain a positive selling culture. Responsibilities include cashiering, data processing, freight management, store maintenance, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The company aims to become the leading Home Décor retailer.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs
