Job Description
This Team Member role is central to the company's mission of making home décor accessible to everyone. The position supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring high standards and contributing to a positive sales culture. Responsibilities include cashier/front-end duties, freight processing, store housekeeping, and customer service.
