Job Description
Be part of our team! We are looking for a Senior Specialist R&D Intellectual Property to manage intellectual property related topics and enhance our successful R&D-IP Team in China in Chongqing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP management, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company
- Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws
- Experience in handling IP filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions
- Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous)
- Interest in Finance and Legal matters
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work across departments
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
