Requirements
- Develop engaging course content and training programmes for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Manage and enhance the use of our learning platform, Moodle, to support training initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and completion across the business.
- Track and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes.
- Support onboarding programs and role-based training pathways.
- Conduct learning needs analyses using data, stakeholder input, and performance metrics.
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Support general training requirements and contribute to the overall learning strategy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and ensure continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.
- Ensure that learning solutions align with business goals and performance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and organisational policies.
