We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Adoption & Change Management Practitioner with a strong focus on Knowledge Management to support a client organisation in driving user adoption of digital workplace solutions while ensuring the continuous improvement, quality, and relevance of their knowledge base.
Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Knowledge Management)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in simplifying complex information
- Experience in Adoption & Change Management is an asset
- Experience with knowledge base tools or methodologies is an asset (e.g., KCS—Knowledge Centered Service, content governance)
- Ability to write, structure, and maintain digital content
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, is a strong asset
- Familiarity with digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
