Adoption & Change Management Practitioner

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Adoption & Change Management Practitioner with a strong focus on Knowledge Management to support a client organisation in driving user adoption of digital workplace solutions while ensuring the continuous improvement, quality, and relevance of their knowledge base.

Requirements

• University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Knowledge Management)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in simplifying complex information
• Experience in Adoption & Change Management is an asset
• Experience with knowledge base tools or methodologies is an asset (e.g., KCS—Knowledge Centered Service, content governance)
• Ability to write, structure, and maintain digital content
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, is a strong asset
• Familiarity with digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
