The Adoption & Change Consultant ensures the successful adoption of Insight’s Connected Workforce solutions and services into the client’s environment. This involves working closely with clients to adapt to new ways of working, ensuring people, systems, processes, and ways of working are established to enable optimal outputs.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
- Relevant professional project management and change management qualifications, such as PROSCI
- Previous experience in a change management/technology adoption position
- Experience working with Microsoft O365 technologies and Digital Workspace technologies
- High level of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to support and collaborate in coordinating resources (people, funding, materials) to achieve a project or task
- Very good organisational skills
- Demonstrates readiness to deliver multiple complex projects
- Ability to work in a globally diverse environment, showing an understanding of and interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion
