Requirements

• Design and build robust software solutions for the Posting team within the broader RCM platform.
• Develop products and services that support critical revenue workflows involving payments, posting, reconciliation, transaction processing, and financial data movement.
• Convert business requirements and user stories into scalable technical designs and working software.
• Deliver high-quality software aligned with R&D expectations for security, performance, reliability, longevity, and integration testing.
• Contribute to improving workflow efficiency through thoughtful use of automation, data, and AI/ML-driven approaches where appropriate.
• Support solutions that help improve categorization, routing, and reduction of manual customer or operational touches.
• Work across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Estimate development work and contribute effectively within Agile teams.
• Follow and influence coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and domain stakeholders to solve complex revenue cycle challenges.
