Product Manager

Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in product management, platform product management, developer tools, enterprise software, or related domains.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI-first product thinking, including AI coding assistants, AI agents, MCPs, AI skills, and AI-assisted software delivery workflows.
• Experience managing products or capabilities related to developer productivity, software quality, internal platforms, or DevTools.
• Experience with backlog management, scope management, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery coordination in partnership with engineering.
• Experience driving experimentation, adoption, and outcome measurement for tools, workflows, or platform capabilities.
• Understanding of developer experience product thinking and engineering user needs across the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to define metrics, interpret results, and use data to guide decisions, tradeoffs, and product iteration.
• Experience working with R&D stakeholders and cross-functional teams in agile or pod-based delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
