1st Line Compliance Officer

We are looking for a 1st Line Compliance Officer to coordinate, formalize and strengthen the controls that the first line must perform on a daily basis. The role will involve supporting employees of the operational teams in compliance-related issues, being the transverse point of contact for all compliance questions, and ensuring that 1st line controls are well defined, applied and followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, economics or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a Compliance department or in a similar function, ideally in life insurance
• Fluent in French or Dutch and excellent command of the other national language
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical spirit and client-oriented and solution-oriented
• Meticulous, organized and respect procedures
• Autonomous and take initiatives
• Good team spirit
