Machinist

We are seeking a Machinist to join our team in Crete, IL. The Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating a wide range of machine tools to produce various parts that meet time, safety, and quality standards. The role includes developing operational sequences and performing complete programming for complex components on CNC machine tools. Primary focus will be CNC milling machines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using CAD and CNC software preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in machining or Tool & Die work preferred
• Strong basic math and communication skills
• Excellent technical ability, including mechanical troubleshooting and problem‐solving
