Production Shift Supervisor PVC Pipe - Nights

Atkore is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead production associates and processes at our Dallas, TX manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production teams, implementing Lean Daily Management, and improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastic pipe/conduit extrusion strongly preferred
• Continuous improvement background (lean, WCM, GMP, etc.) and the passion to grow your lean experience
