Technical Sales Manager - Southeast

Atkore is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to be based out of the Southeastern region of the U.S. to generate specifications and preferences with a focus on end-users, Specifiers, and Electrical Contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum 5-10 years of proven electrical industry or related experience
• Willing and able to work remotely and travel at least 80% of the time
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with electrical contractors and working knowledge of the NEC
• Strong electrical and / or mechanical technical background
• Experience within a sales-orientated environment– electrical or specification sales
• A proven record of accomplishment of succeeding against set targets
• Highly motivated with a strong customer focus and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
