Biomedical Equipment Tech III

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Fully Experienced Biomedical Equipment Tech III to assist with minor equipment repairs, installation, and calibration. The role involves working with minimal supervision and serving as a trainer for less experienced staff. Understanding of medical equipment systems and devices is key, as is adherence to manufacturer's procedures and adhering to regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements

• Advanced skill set in healthcare technology
• Working knowledge of medical equipment systems and devices
• Understanding of medical equipment systems and devices
• Understanding of medical PC's and peripherals
• Understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Ability to follow manufacturer's procedures for preventative maintenance and other inspections
• Proficient in repair, installation, and calibration of medical equipment
• Knowledge of project management terms and methods
