Job Description
The Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher III is responsible for assignment of ALS and/or BLS resources to meet patient and customer needs while ensuring safe completion of emergencies through superior communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Assignment of ALS and/or BLS resources
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Utilization of multiple phone lines, computer screens, and wall monitors
- Coordination with other EMS teams and Communications Center in the region
